• 2 kilos (45-49 cm / 17.7-19.3 inches): 20%
• 2.25 kilos (50-54 cm / 19.4-21.2 inches): 22.5%
• 2.25 kilos (55-59 cm / 21.6-23.2 inches): 22.5%
• 2 kilos (60+ cm / 23.6+ inches): 20%
