How does shipping work? We ship with major shipping companies such as DHL. Once you pay, you are quickly sent a tracking code and shipping information for your order. Shipping to the US takes around 3-5 days.

Shipping to the UK takes 2-3 days and Australia from 7-10 days.

Do you sell custom-made wigs and toppers to retail customers or only to wig shops? We only make wigs and toppers in bulk for shops that order at least 1- 2 kg of hair bundles. 

We can prepare wigs, which take 7-10 weeks, and toppers, which take 6 weeks.

Where is your Slavic hair from? The Slavic hair we sell is from Ukraine.

Is the Iranian hair of high quality? Yes, high level Iranian hair for wigs is used by top brands in Israel and the US.

How do I choose and purchase hair? The first step is to contact us, preferably on WhatsApp, and tell us your length, texture, and quantity requirements.

Then we will send you pics and videos of the hair you will receive, including length and weight measurements.

Once you approve the order, we will send you an invoice for you to pay online by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other method.
