What is your minimum order? Our minimum order is 1kg of virgin hair bundles or 3 wigs. We work exclusively with wig shops, wig makers and salons — not personal buyers.
Who are your clients? We work with wig shops, wig makers, topper salons and emerging wig brands across the US, Canada, Israel, UK, France and Australia. Our clients range from established shops moving serious volume to entrepreneurs building their own premium wig brand from the ground up. What they all have in common — they take quality seriously.
Do you offer custom and private label wigs? Yes. We manufacture fully custom wigs and toppers built to your exact specifications — cap size, density, texture, length and color. Custom wigs and toppers take approximately 7–10 weeks. This is also available as a private label service — your brand, your specs, our production.
How does the process work — from raw hair to finished wig? This is what sets us apart. You don't just pick hair and hope for the best — you are involved in the full transformation process. You select your raw virgin hair and we guide you through every step — from choosing the right texture, density and length, to cap construction and customization. Our team oversees the entire production process until the finished wig meets our standards and yours. What arrives at your door is a completed, quality-controlled product ready to sell.
Do you offer a warranty? Yes. All wigs come with a full warranty covering defects. We stand behind every product we produce — if there is a defect we resolve it directly, no runaround.
What type of hair do you supply? We supply premium virgin hair bundles sourced to the highest standards — the same quality used by top wig brands in Israel and the US. All hair is carefully selected and inspected before every order.
How does quality control work? Every order goes through dedicated on-site quality control at our factory, overseen by Israeli management with over 23 years of experience. Consistency from order to order is something we take seriously.
Can you help me choose the right hair or customizations? Yes. Our team has deep expertise in premium virgin hair and wig construction. We guide you through selecting the right hair type, density, texture and wig specifications for your specific business needs — whether you are placing your first order or scaling an existing line.
What are your payment terms? We accept Zelle, bank transfer and PayPal. Credit card payments are available for smaller orders. For large orders involving raw hair supply and wig production through us, financing options may be available. Contact us directly for details.
How does ongoing supply and reordering work? Our best clients run on a consistent reorder cycle — typically every 2–3 months. Once we know your preferences and specifications, reorders are seamless and every delivery matches your established standards. We treat ongoing supply relationships as partnerships — the longer we work together the better we understand your business and the smoother the process becomes. If you are looking for a long term supplier you can count on, that is exactly what we are built for.
Is there someone I can meet in person? Yes. We have a sales representative in Israel and in New York, and our founder Ariel travels to the US frequently. If you prefer to meet in person, discuss your needs face to face or see product samples directly — we make that happen. Contact us to arrange.
How do I place an order? Contact us directly on WhatsApp. Tell us your requirements — hair type, length, texture and quantity — and we will send you photos and videos of exactly what you will receive, including weight and length measurements. Once you approve we send an invoice.
How does shipping work? We ship worldwide via DHL and major carriers. Once your order is confirmed you receive a tracking code and full shipping details.
