Here is how it works.
1. You will choose the exact hair you want and work with our staff to get the desired lengths and textures. You can consult with top wig maker Yigal Karen on what specific hair is needed for the desired wigs.
2. Once you take care of the paperwork, the hair is either shipped to your factory or passed to Yigal Karen in Herzliya, Israel, for wig-making at his factory that works exclusively with him in China. For all wig work, you will coordinate with Yigal.
3. Yigal has been making wigs for top wig brands for 22 years and his current factory for 10. We work closely with Yigal for many clients looking for a one-stop shop to grow their business and make wholesale European hair wigs.
4. 5kg of hair can make around 15 wigs. You can get 3 wigs per kg if you order at least 3kg of hair. Under 3kg of hair, it takes about 500gr to make a wig.
5. Wigs take 8-10 weeks to make, depending on various factors, including the kind of wig. 100% hand-tied wigs take 10 weeks.
